There are many products out there. They all differ a little bit but they all work. So I am going to give you a few recommendations for which products to use for losing weight.

When I first started this site, I would recommend foods with less saturated fat, and less cholesterol, and other healthy fats. As time went on, I discovered that these foods are not necessarily the best for weight loss. If you are trying to lose weight, then you must eat foods that will make you feel full for longer. For me, this is usually a fruit juice, or some fat free yogurt. I am not a doctor, and I don't take the medical advice I am given from doctors. What I can say is, I have used most of these products for a year, and have not had a single negative side effect. In fact, there are some that are even helpful! But you should be very careful when you buy these products, as they are usually loaded with artificial sweeteners.
